Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for items purchased from SoleilRobe within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Final sale items marked "Non-Refundable" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Initiate a Refund
- Email your refund request to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely and include all original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please:
